Administrative/Confidential Employee of the Year
Jerry Dunlap was nominated by multiple members of our campus community who spoke to
his steady, behind-the-scenes leadership and his unwavering commitment to students,
staff, and the college as a whole. A few highlights from his nominations:
鈥淛erry consistently shows what it means to be present, respectful, and supportive
in our college community鈥� He leads with integrity in the way he makes decisions, especially
when it comes to managing resources. He finds ways to reduce costs without cutting
into the quality of the student athlete experience.鈥�
鈥淗e is here early, stays late, and is a constant, and consistent fixture on campus
and in the community鈥� He does not seek accolades; rather, he just moves to get things
done in a thoughtful, mindful, moral, and ethical manner that is often overlooked.鈥�

always loud, but it鈥檚 steady and meaningful, and it鈥檚 felt across the campus community.鈥�
